If a unit becomes scratched, discoloured, or worn over time, our engineers will replace it — ensuring your washroom always looks fresh, clean, and cared for.

Service Frequency & Compliance

Our Account Managers work closely with you to determine the ideal collection frequency based on footfall and usage patterns. As a minimum, we recommend emptying sanitary disposal units every 4 weeks. Duty of care regulations also require businesses with a certain number of users to ensure sanitary waste is disposed of at least monthly. We help you stay compliant, hygienic, and confident in your washroom standards.

Responsible Waste Disposal

Once removed from your sanitary disposal unit, all sanitary waste follows a controlled and responsible disposal route. When it reaches a licensed facility, the waste is shredded and cleaned up, removing anything that can't be used. From there, it's refined into RDF (Refuse-Derived Fuel) — a cleaner, more efficient form of waste that's ready to be turned into energy. Finally, the RDF is used in specialist energy-recovery plants, where it helps generate heat, steam, and electricity.
