Our ESG Journey

In early 2026, we began formally assessing our Environmental, Social and Governance practices, marking the start of a structured and transparent journey towards industry-leading sustainability performance. We have published our first Carbon Reduction Plan and Carbon Footprint Report in line with the GHG Protocol, and are actively working towards both EcoVadis accreditation and B Corp certification. In partnership with ESG Pro consultancy, we are building a robust governance framework underpinned by rigorous data collection and methodology, ensuring our commitments are meaningful, measurable, and built to last.

We carefully select products that deliver exceptional hygiene with a lighter environmental footprint. We only source enzyme-based products for our washroom solutions. That means gentle, effective cleaning solutions, low-impact consumables, energy-efficient equipment, and air-care options that avoid unnecessary chemicals. Your washrooms stay fresh and hygienic without compromising the environment.

Responsible Waste Handling

Waste management is one of the biggest environmental challenges in washroom hygiene, and we take it seriously. All washroom waste we collect is diverted away from landfill and processed through responsible recovery routes. In doing so, we help our clients reduce the environmental impact of their sanitary waste while supporting the broader ESG goals that matter to their business.

- Sanitary waste is shredded, cleaned, and refined into Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF), which is used in Energy Recovery Facilities to generate heat and electricity
- Orange bag healthcare waste undergoes advanced physico-chemical treatment, neutralising hazardous contaminants before conversion into RDF for clean energy recovery
- Sharps waste is destroyed through High Temperature Incineration at over 1,100°C, eliminating all pathogens while advanced filtration keeps emissions tightly controlled
- Offensive waste is separated, processed, and converted into RDF, contributing to the national power supply rather than filling landfill sites

Every waste stream has a clear, ethical journey. Handled safely, processed responsibly, and given a second life as energy wherever possible.
